What happens when someone scans
No app, no account, no keypad code — this is the whole experience from the visitor's phone.
The plate at your gate is just a printed QR — no power, no wiring. Any phone camera reads it and the visitor lands on your unit's page in their browser. Nothing to download, no account to create; it works the same for a delivery driver as for your in-laws.
The visitor sees your unit's registry: the display names you've chosen to list, and nothing else. "John", "Unit 4", "The Smiths" — your call. Your phone number, email and address are never part of the page.
From the registry they tap call, ping or message — only the options you've enabled appear. The call relays from their phone through QRXS to your app; no numbers are exchanged in either direction.
The call rings in the QRXS app wherever you are — kitchen, office or another timezone. See that it's the gate, answer, and talk it through. Not available? Visitors can leave a message if you've allowed it.
With a controller wired to your gate motor, you slide to open right from the call screen. The gate opens, the visit is stamped in your access history — and the visitor never saw a number, a code or a key.
