What we collect
Resident accounts include the name, email and phone you provide during onboarding. Visitor scans capture timestamps and which asset was scanned — no visitor personal data is stored by default.
Where it's stored
All QRXS data is hosted on our own infrastructure in our self-managed environment. We do not sell or share user data with third parties.
Calls and messages
Voice and video calls between visitors and residents are routed through the platform. Call metadata (timestamps, asset, parties) is logged for audit. Call audio is not recorded or stored.
